This CPB has been revised to state that the following are considered experimental and investigational: (i) intra-operative and post-operative cryoanalgesia for post-operative analgesia in repair of pectus excavatum; (ii) cryoneurolysis for the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia; and (iii) ultrasound-guided percutaneous intercostal cryoanalgesia for analgesia following mastectomy.
