This CPB has been revised to state that the following are considered experimental and investigational: (i) evaluation metabolomics (blood and urine metabolites analysis) in members with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS); (ii) evaluation of mitochondrial abnormalities for the diagnosis or treatment of members with CFS; and (iii) the use of nutraceutical interventions for the treatment of mitochondrial dysfunctions in members with CFS.
