Office Status: This indicates whether or not a provider is accepting new patients. It is recommended that you call the provider's office to confirm.

Participating Plans: This is a listing of the Aetna plans in which the Dentist participates or accepts.

Provider ID: Number that uniquely identifies this Dentist. This is the number you will need to put on your enrollment form.

Specialty: This is the Dentist's specialty.

Provider Role: This field indicates whether the provider is a Primary Care Dentist (PCD) or a Specialist. This may vary by plan.
