This CPB has been revised to state that biofeedback is considered experimental and investigational for the following conditions: anger management, improvement of anorectal/bowel functions after sphincter-saving surgery for rectal cancer, pain associated with multiple sclerosis, panic disorders, and vulvodynia. This CPB is revised to state that home biofeedback is considered experimental and investigational for any indication.
