This CPB has been revised to state that, if no clinical benefit is appreciated after 4 weeks of acupuncture for the treatment of chronic low back pain and osteoarthritis pain of the knee or hip, then the treatment plan should be re-evaluated.  This CPB is revised to state that acupuncture is considered experimental and investigational for amblyopia, autism spectrum disorders, dry eyes, and myopia.
