This CPB has been revised to (i) state that septoplasty for allergic rhinitis, and nasal valve suspension for the repair of nasal valve collapse are considered experimental and investigational, and (ii) provide additional criteria for rhinoplasty to correct chronic non-septal nasal airway obstruction from vestibular stenosis.
