This CPB is revised to state that magnatic resonance angiography is considered medically necessary for the following indications: 1) for the evaluation of sickle cell disease; 2) for the evaluation of hepatic vasculature prior to transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt. This CPB is revised to state that magnetic resonance angiography is considered experimental and investigational for evaluation of recurrent cystic hygroma of the axilla.
